Stange Noises....one from the engine and other from the AC

My X5 2004 3.0 is making a high pitch sound when I remove my foot off the gas petal. It only occurs above 40 mph. It sounds like a cricket noise. I thought it was the belts and the bearings. But after replacing them, it still makes that sound. The second sound starts when I kick the AC on. It sounds like water dripping noise. When I had a Honda, I had the same sound, but it would only happen in the beginning of the AC and then it dissipates after the AC runs for awhile. In my X5, it does not go away. Where are these sounds coming from? Any suggestion? Help!!!!!
