Fuel injection problem 3,0 D

Hi all, I have a BMW E53 3.0 D 2002.
Yesterday when i drove off, "fuel injection problem" came up and I could not go faster than 1500 rpm.
When I came home I hooked up my BMW scanner 140 and looked under DDE.
It had several error codes see below,

DDE* -> 1260/78 - Pre-supply pressure monitoring
0404/F8 - Exhaust-gas recirculation
0235/DC - Charge-air-pressure sensor
0220/74 - Pedal-travel sensor 2 PGS
0100/FC - Air-mass flow sensor
1E55/74 - Supply V f. PTS 2, CAP sensor, AMF

I did a reset of the codes and after that all back to normal again.
Does anyone have any ideas of what caused this?

***Update***
After the reset I have done 300 km without problem.
BUT, today the codes came back and now I cannot reset them.
So the error seems to be permanent.
Is there some fuse or relay that I can check?

Is it possible to replace the DDE unit with a second hand?
I have read that it is not possible with some versions due to the EWS.
Any1?
