rear door locks remotely but won't open remotely

Strange....all working and will lock but driver rear won't open with fob. 02, 4.4 with lots of miles. Any advice appreciated.

I've had intermittent issue with my rear door locks, windows, and rear hatch not opening sometimes after locking with the fob. Unfortunately, I'm not even able to open the doors from the inside when this happens. I've researched that this maybe an issue with the General Module. Let me know if you learn anymore!
