Fighting the Rust Monster

Hi guys,

I have rust forming on the bottom of a couple of my doors and on my rear hatch. Has anyone had any luck fighting this? Are there any good Chicagoland body shops you would recommend? I would like to keep the X5 till 300k if I can and I want it to keep looking nice along the way.
