Help Please
I just bought my x5 from a private owner on Craigslist. I have the title and bill of sale all signed but I cant do anything at the DMV because there is no lien holders signature from the bank when the vehicle was payed
Off. The guy I bought it from has unsubscribed from calls made to his cell phone on which I contacted him before so I cant reach him. What do I do now or how can i find the person to get the bank to sign that the vehicle does not have an exciting loan on it???
