What is it worth?

I'm going to have the coolant leak fixed with the expanding coolant pipe from All German Auto on my 2004 x5 4.4 with 95K miles. I found a local repair shop that will do the work.

After that I'm going to sell it? Its silver with black interior. Couple of flaws in interior but overall very good. Exterior is also very good with no door dings or scratches; perhaps a few chips here and there but I have not specifically noticed any.

Any opinions on what its worth?

Needs more information. How many owners, packages, options, etc. Let us know. But if you don't mind me asking, why sell it is that was the only problem? Was that just the last straw repair?

Last straw? Yes, maybe and I'm looking for a c6 corvette. I'm worried about the zf transmission going out and don't want to put any more money into it. Its not acting up but if and when it does I hear its expensive. Its been a good car with no major issues until this coolant leak. (I did change the water pump about 15K miles ago but that's about it and water pumps go out on all cars) I sold my 2000 Mercedes s500 after it had valve problems at 50K miles. I'm now a little sour on high end German cars. It might be my imagination but too many problems reported. They have become disposable in my opinion.

Options? Hard to remember
1. 4.4
2. upgraded leather package
3. rear climate package
4. moon roof

AH, well the Benz definitely caught you in a bad series of Model years. From '99 to '05, Benz had a difficult time with quality control because a barrage of new and cheaper suppliers were contracted.

In any case, does it have SATNAV. I am supposing if you have rear climate, then the X is equipped with Cold Weather Package. Sport package?

Help me out. I want to make sure it has the rear climate. Maybee it doesn't. It has the window shades that pull down in the back seats and that was part of the rear climate package so I assumed that it had that. However, perhaps the shades were available separately? There are AC vents in the back seats?

No nav

How do you know if it has the sports package? and cold weather package?

Ok,
Sport package:
You will have the following:
3 spoke steering wheel
Sport seats (The front part of the seat that supports your thighs extends out.)
Sport suspension

Rear Climate
Rear manual sun shades
Privacy rear glass

Now most of the times, if it is equipped with Rear Climate, they will put in Cold Weather.

Cold Weather:
You will see pressurized heated washer jets on the front bumper for the headlights.
Heated front seats.

2004 didn't introduce the Pano roof until a mid model year change up.

And I think I read somewhere you live out in Pennsylvania correct?

No sport package, no cold weather package

Maybe because I'm in sunny CA?

Ok, well sight unseen. It would be fair to sell it for anywhere between $11,500 to $13K

How many owners, where delivered/registered through its service life, ever been involved in a major collision, do you have ALL service records, will it pass a PPI, what condition are the tires and other wear items in?
