Holy Smokes man. I have a 2001 E53 in the oxford green and am going through the exact same mod list as you. I just got Spyder LED Aftermarket tail lights installed instead of the OEM. I also just wrapped my interior with the 3M glossy black carbon fiber instead of the OEM wood trim which was cracking a bit.

I will post pictures of it this afternoon (I have to head to work now).

I also started to look into aftermarket backup camera that plays through the rear view mirror.

washed engine bay
kept up with detailng the **** out of it

next is hard wireing a passport radar and some how retrofit a gps.

If you are really looking into upgrading it. Get the "Dynavin E39 D99". I literally just ordered it.

How do you like the K&N?

the k&n- honestly I seen no change. besides a short whistle noise at small rpms.

and dynavin- ahhh i dont know about that yet...
