Really believe Flex Disc issue--dealer no help

I've been experiencing vibration under acceleration for the past year or two. making me go NUTS!!! to the point where i dont even want to drive my X anymore

Ok so here are the symptoms:

-Happens more going up hill to keep steady pace--feel a vibration (shudder) under the pedal

-passing on the highway at mid RPMs and or high RPMs (basically when the drive train is under pressure)

-its hard to predict when it happens, so i'm really stumped.

I've done lots of searching and reading on the Flex joint, so when i walked into my dealer, i was armed with the questions. They told me they couldnt replicate the issue...of course.

They also said the Flex joints look ok (but after 105k miles, this really is a wear and tear item).. And i'm having a hard time believing them.

I'm not going crazy either, my friend mentioned the vibration when he was in the car with me on the highway..

Whoever finds the issue will be my savior--and if you're in the area and could help me install, etc etc etc.. Please help!
