Good deal on an 04?
Thinking of snagging this puppy -

3.0/Sterling Gray/sport pkg/premium pkg/cold weather pkg/rear climate/pdc/xenon/auto - 10k miles - $39,998.....sounds like a good deal to me but wanted to run it by folks in the know

VIN check clean - 1 private owner in St. Louis and then sold at auction twice from small town dealerships - local dealer (not BMW) is having it shipped up from TN for me.

TIA - looking forward to becoming a BMW owner....will miss my Jeep Wrangler, but......
