X5 3.0D Schnitzer exhaust system

Saw this on Ebay UK and even contacted the seller to ask if this is genuine !He says it is !!!I have my doubts because the exit tube on the back of the muffler has a weld ,instead of being a full 90 degree bend leading to a complete pipe!
I doubt it if Schnitzer would weld a pipe there!My other doubt ,is that the Remus system is a straight through exhaust ,like for the NA petrol versions,with the exhausts gases exiting via the tail pipes .
Remus manufacture the exhaust for Schnitzer,so I would have thought it would also be the straight through design and not like the system this seller is listing.
I cannot find on the web ,a schnitzer exhaust system for the E53 3.0D ,maybe someone here can and also comment on what they think
