Possible oil leak place?

Hey all,
I've had this oil leak issue on and off for sometime now. I've replaced, the valve cover and the problem went away for about 6 month.. then started again, i checked the valve cover (all around the cover) and it's dry. So i took it to Indy and he said it's the oil filter housing, changed that and problem went away for sometime.. and now it started to leak again. Check both valve cover and oil filter housing and they are both dry...It's leaking a fair amount now and i'm not sure what to check next... what do you guys suggest I check? I will need to get this figured out asap before this little oil spots cover my garage/driveway...
