Damn I'm out guys. I couldn't call it till well yesterday.
So we bought another investment property about 6 months ago. Father in law and I. So I find out 3 weeks ago that he rented out the whole building. All of a sudden, we are scrambling to finish renovations, and still have a shit ton of odds and ends to finish, not including and entire basement (living) and first floor. People moved in on 09/01. We have managed to strike a deal till the end of the month for them not to use the basement, but they are moving shit in. I have been so busy, it is not even funny. Worked all labor day weekend, and every weekend and weeknight after that. We have day jobs, and the 2 guys we staff, also have day jobs. Yea, so this weekend, I am definitely still in construction mode. Hopefully we can wrap it up this weekend, but not sure. Well at least this construction is keeping me out of family drama. So that is a plus. Can't wait to start getting my little $700 monthly bonus from this. Hell yea. Too bad it will take 5 years to recoup my $40k reno investment. lol.

good luck man, don't work too hard and I sure hope we will have other chances to meet up - we should do our own, Xoutpost meets, besides the other ones...

You know I always think about moving to the sticks, but after spending a weekend at a rented cabin or something, I go insane from boredom. lol. I do have an F150 though, so I'm like half way there. lol
I am sure we will meet sooner or later. I don't plan on getting rid of my X for a long time.
