sachs fan clutch

This is my first post and i hope to be able to contribute some knowledge in the future. In going about the diy cooling overhaul I came across a new fan clutch by sachs ordered from autohausAZ. It seams to have battery like corrosion? on it. Does anyone know if this is fine or should I return this? BTW I have replaced the expansion tank water pump, thermo, aux fan switch. Radiator and hoses done previously.

I have seen this before, but I went and inspected 3 in our warehouse. This is normal procedure in the manufacturing process. Please let me know if you have additional questions or concerns
