Ummm, dealer would be only place if you need the part NOW. Is there a way you can mend it, order the part else where and when you get back, the parts will be there and then you can do it? And you mean drivers side right?
You could also just get a length of hose, cut the old one out and use brass nipple fittings and some compression clamps and mend the leak.

That's what I'm finding. I ordered the two hoses that go to the back of from a local dealer, and will pick them up this afternoon. I'll order the rest of the hoses online. I just need to get it back on the road tonight. Any tips/tricks to changing these?

Well it would help if we knew what we were dealing with. We don't know what year or what model. 3.0, 4.4, 4.6, 4.8?

 I must be missing something, because I don't know of any hoses routing through the pass side. Only hoses that go through there is the A/C lines. Then again I could be wrong. But heater hoses are on the LH side, Drivers side located in the diagram.

Hose #11 burst at the connection to the aluminum manifold - in the upper left of your diagram. This is near the rear of the pass cyl head.
