To open these headlights you need to bake them at 400*F for 25 minutes
Than use the flat head screw drivers ( need two)to pop the Len out ... Go slow 1,2 inches at a time ... Than put it back in oven bake another 15-20 minutes ....
I can roast the pig faster then cooking these lights... Lol

hmmm, 400 degrees for 25 minutes. do i have to compensate for altitude? JK. this looks really promising. keep it up.

To me nothing is not bakeable..LOL
The 99-02 headlights BMW used just soft silicone,but from 2003- up they used the windshiel adhesive once that sealant drier it be came hard so you have to bake them then open them with flat head screw drivers and razor blade to to cut the glue while you prying them out.
The pre facelift headlamps is much easier to open it have just the straight line.....04-up it is much much harder to open it have that U shape underneath the headlamp.
