Sunroof & Sunshade Removal

The lining on my sunroof sunshade is falling down.

Thought I'd take the sunshade out and re-attach the lining or put on a new one.

But I can't seem to locate definitive instructions for removing the sunroof and/or sunshade. Bentley manual just covers adjustment. Have done many searches here and not found instructions for this (although I'd bet someone has addressed it here at the Outpost). Found nothing on youtube either.

Where can I find instructions for removing the sunroof and sunshade?

While searching, I did notice the thread on upgrading the entire interior headliner to suede . . . will probably tackle that in a few years.
