another Selflevel Susp Inact question

So here's the issie i am having, it's a 2005 4.8is and i had a dead battery on tuesday, haven't been driving the car that much lately, so there's really 2 issues, but I jumped it tuesday night and i got the dreaded selflevel susp inactive. So today I disconnected the battery for about an hour or so and still comes up as inactive. Now could it be just a coincidence that the battery was jumped and this popped up ? the car is sitting level. Any thoughts on the 1st issue of the selflevel inactive ? I am pretty sure the dead battery is going to be either the bluetooth or the nav system, that keeps fading in color and the middle red light come on at times, I have been reading all of the suspension posts in here and nothing i can see in common to what i am going though. Any help here would be great.
