Retro fit E53 03 Xenon light into 02 Halogen equipped !!!

I bought a set of 03 xenon lights, mine is halogen so i cant really tell how they suppose to sit.

Finally got some free time to get my hands dirty ......
Everything is very straight forward except for 1 earth wire, a seperate one to go into the chassic, where do i mount/connect this one?

This earth wire .....

Now i could make and connect 100 earth wires to suit but i really want to make it looks 100% factory.

....forgot to say, the light works regardless whether the Earth wire is connect to an earth point or not ....

Is this beam/light look normal or i need more on the left? (This is right hand drive car)
Also there is a hint of yellow on top, does this mean the bulb is on its way out?

The yellow tint is normal,but the cut off line is weird.

Are both headlights in? Doesn't look normal, not sure if it's a RHD thing.

Both in but the left looks a bit dull comparing to the right, maybe the bulb is on its way out?
I got a few adjustments to do, left hand corner meant to be higher than right (RHD).

Yea that is what I meant too. Maybe raise the left. Also swap the bulbs around, you will know if it's the ballast or bulb.
