Replacing struts and shocks what else?

All the busing was done and I am at the point I want to order the socks and struts, what else should I order?
Is there a bearing at the top of the strut I need to replace as well? What about the additional shock absorber?

What symptoms have led you do replace the shocks/struts?

Well, I have 230k km on it and although I don't feel any floating it still doesn't feel like a new car when I go over the rough surfaces. No clucking noise but something makes me feel that the wheel is not hold by the strut when it has to go through big 'drops' on the road.

I would simply do a complete suspension inspection: all bushings could be done as a preventative measure, depending on how much you want to do.

It's likely that your sway bay bushings are bad as well. I think that bearing on top comes with the new shocks but you will have to confirm.
