zke module

first post to the forum....

I have a 2004 X5 4.4i and have a few issues...
1. the rear doors will not unlock with the key or the central locking inside..also can't open them from the inside. Also my rear tailgate won't open ...my tech thinks it might be the ZKE module...he can get one from his supplier for $450 (with warranty)...is that a fair price?
2. i get the "self levelling inactive" message on the dash...i changed the 30A fuse in the back and the whole back end went way up in the air...well i got the computer reset at a repair pkace and the rear end went down again..2 days later..changed the fuse and rear end went up again.
3. on initial hard acceleration i get vibration not in the steering wheel though...not sure what causes that but it can't be good.

any feedback would be appreciated especially on the cost of the ZKE module
