Question Need correct name for this part

Can anyone tell me the name/part number for this? I check different places and RealOEM but I keep getting air intake boot which comes up as something else.
Part # 9 in the attached.

'02 3.0i

Thanks

Intake boot is correct. And if you referencing it for someone else, just use the part number. Everyone can look it up. You can even google the part number and get results that way.

Thanks....looks like some people use the same name for the "tube elbow". A quick search on ebay show you what I mean.

That's why it's good to ALWAYS shop using the BMW 11 digit (or sometimes the 7 digit) part nbr. Some parts get called by different/multiple names and sometimes there may be a slight difference in fitment based on a particular build date range. But the 11 digit part nbr is always the same unless it's been replaced by another part nbr. But in that situation, the old part nbr is usually referenced so that there's no confusion.

QS - you are right, unfortunately I could not find the part nbr. Tried RealOem with my VIN -but nothing. I found that diagram from a BMW dealership website parts dept.

Here's the page you're looking for in RealOEM... It's listed under Fuel Preparation System => Intake muffler.
