DIY - fix your arm rest rattle
I have had this arm rest rattle since I bought the car. basically the top part of the arm rest isnt 'tight'. I dont know if I am missing a part or something, but its been driving me crazy.
1. go to home depot. 2. buy surface guard 3/8" Vinyl Bumpers 3. stick one on each side of the lower tray, where the existing bumpers are. 4. press down hard to make them stick 5. Viola! done. Easiest fix. These cause the lid to have tension against the latch and now its nice and tight!
