.25mm is a lot of warpage for a brake rotor, I think the maximum allowed specification is .1mm
So, yes that would cause shaking when you brake, but also check the thrust arm bushings. |

Judder on my X5 was so bad I did a complete front end rebuild. Bedded the brakes twice(different compound pads). Changed the front discs and pads, twice. Balanced then changed the tires, all four. Did an alignment until I was at my wits end.
Not until I changed out the rear discs did the judder go away. One was as warped as the OPs. |
