Picked up my 4.6is last night!
Well it's been a long year without owning a BMW. My hyundai has been a great reliable car but I found a beautiful X5 4.6is that I absolutely had to have.

Recently ordered some rubber mats from a fellow board member. My first mods are gonna be tint to match the privacy glass on the rear windows, DICE ipod hookup, and BMW TV adapter to enable movie viewing on the Navigation screen, then I either want to change the wood trim to aluminum or have it painted estoril to match the exterior.

Go with the titanium inside ... estoril might be a little over the top ... but hey, if you prefer estoril ... don't listen to me!

An estoril 4.6, very nice. Agree with twins, the inside trim in matching body colour might be a bit gaudy, but hey it's yours now so go for it.

Congrats.

Why paint the trim? If you want it in that color just buy the entire kit and sell what you currently have.
