mrbmwx5 - I have not listed it for sale but as per KBB it's between 18.5K - 21.2K

epdarks - Trans failure is what scares me but i have not had any issues yet (fault codes), but it's always in the back of my mind.

Ricky Bobby - Yes i think I'll have to sell my mitsu (just that it's been awesome with no issues and has a manual trans) , wife rarely drives(once in 3-4 months), but 325xit has the potential to be the beater/family car

Since you've owned it from 35k - 80k... do you do a lot of hard driving with it? Lots of stop and go traffic? City driving?

If your miles are mostly highway then I'd think your trans would have plenty of life left. You could think about a fluid change but do your research first.

Mostly Highway miles weekends only (as i95 in Fairfield County is like a parking lot on weekdays) I don't even drive it to NYC as i fear the potholes, for the first 5 K miles since i owned it I did drive it hard but since then not really as i have the lil one in it most of the times (pretty much drive it like a grandma right now)

Ok so I have put my Mitsu FS and now thinking about putting X5 FS (see if i get any solid offers)
I did replace the rear Air Suspension (Slight Leak) and Topped up the Tranny Fluid..I have decided to use 325xiT as a Family/Beater car and the X5 for Long Hauls only (Will be sitting around mostly).
Thanks all for your help..Now any one knows a good Indy in Fairfield County/Westchester County?
