Finally got our front and rear bumpers sorted out. In the end we decided to go for a simple (and relatively inexpensive) option of having the black bits on the front and rear bumpers colour coded to match the rest of the car. The job was done at a BMW dealership - Menzies in Stirling, Scotland. They used official BMW paint and their work is guaranteed. Their hospitality was excellent and we are both delighted with the end result. See for yourself..
