the X rolled off the jack

In a moment of pure stupidity and what not the X rolled off the jack while I was replacing the driver side front tire after a flat tire....


I was able to get the X jacked back up, placed something else behind the other rear wheel and completed the replacement.

However, as you can imagine something got tweaked. Car accelerates, brakes, and drives normally (alignment is not messed up)

When turning left there is a bumping noise....

if anyone has experience with this and has ideas where to look when I get back under the car I would appreciate it,
