Really? I've heard of others who have had warranty replacements sent out ahead of time; pretty sure they had to give a credit card number to buy the replacement, but the money was refunded when the defective shock was received.

I am trying to talk to Bilstein US about having them cover the entire replacement.
I don't think it's reasonable for me to cover the cost of an alignment due to a faulty shock after only 10000km. Any support from forum members would be greatly appreciated. I posted on the BilsteinUS Facebook page wall to try and get some attention. |
