Yes it started making an aweful noise (think bad bearings) at startup, then coolant ran down the front from the drip hole on the pump.

Fortunately I'm not hearing anything like that at the moment so maybe the pump is not the culprit. I'll be listening for that in the future.

I just got a quote for a new water pump and fluid,$702,not bad,mine as not blown yet,but am doing it now.
