There's one available in the UK for rent through eBay BMW x5 E53 Rear Subframe Bush Tool Rent 7 Days | eBay
The shipping cost listed on the auction is pretty high, but if you read the INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING NOTE the guy explains his situation with PayPal; "If you pay by any other method, I will reduce the shipping cost to a sensible level." I'd be happy to rent you mine, but shipping from here would be, um, really expensive.

I rented the tool from a member in Denver, I believe. Don't remember his tag off the top of my head but he required a paypal payment in the amount of the tool purchase price. He refunded the rent and returned the balance when he got the tool back. The rent was for 7 days from arrival and additional cost for every day beyond 7 days until he received the return. Tool works great. I wouldn't try the job without it though I have seen utube posts that do. Installation would be easy if you purchase the 2 piece poly bushing but they are pricey. Perhaps you could buy the tool and offer it for rent there. I purchased the ball joint removal tool and sold it to my source and now he rents that also. Search this site for subframe bushings replacement. He posted a great DIY with pictures. Just remembered member is Daveintosh. There is post by X5 girl that also shows the process.
