Recommendations for back up camera new install

Bought a new Eonon GA9166A and looking to add a backup camera for my 01 4.4. Any recommendations, looking around I see nothing specific for E53's

someone posted a modified radio heat unit thread that includes backup camera wiring, what radio unit you have? the single strip or the navigation unit?

Sorry for delay. I have the stock head unit with Radio/Business CD.

I bought a cheapo unit(only one that fit) off Amazon, trimmed the plastic in the back, and fitted it there. Just wish it was higher quality, but it works fine.
