The parts department at most dealerships is very tight with inventory. If the part leaves in the hand of a technician, it goes on a repair order and someone pays.
But, I hope you fixed it, time will tell.

Blue4.8is is on a distinguished road
Where is the long Y shaped pipe? I found the two small ones but cannot locate the Larger one.... Currently cleaning out both pipes with degreaser .

PMed you. It sounds like you have the newer version already.

The 3-way spider hose is the old version. The two hose version is the update.

I did the test by taking off both of those tubes and putting a CAP on the intake inlet that one of the tubes connects to. Long story short, the X5 still smokes and taking off the hoses did not help solve the issue. Also the car was idles very rough when both of these CCV hoses were disconnected. I do now have a check engine light that I need to clear.
