yes its lowered and that is my riding height...
as for the Rims...I have them special ordered about 3years ago on my other x5....they are similar to BBS i think...No Brand Aftermarket....

its that KIND of Day to wipe it down 3x already in 4hrs from Pollen
Replace passenger Door Carrier (broke from outside still accessible from inside)
