Another rough cold start thread

Have been reading on the forum for a bit trying to see if anyone had similar issue, but could not find anything that looked similar, although i am sure a lot of people has experienced this before...
Start my car after its been sitting for a while, rpms go up to just under 1k, car runs for about 20-30 sec and it starts choking and shaking - rpms drop to about 250 or so, 2-3 secs of "coughing and shaking" and the car's rpms go up to around 500 and everything seems to be fine from that point on...no engine light or any other warning lights... oil was changed about 4k km ago... car has 75K miles...

thanks... the whole intermediate levers problem is not looking real good, considering i just bought the truck from the dealers two months ago... two things that are different in my situation though - 1. no CEL light; 2 it does this even when it's +10C outside, or is this considered to be cold temperatures as well?

okay, so went to see my mechanic today - no faulty codes showed up... i guess i'll have to wait and see if this gets better or worse... will try different fuel and injector cleaner... don't think it will change the situation but it's an easy thing to go and injector cleaner is a good to do at my mileage anyways...
