Another rough cold start thread

Have been reading on the forum for a bit trying to see if anyone had similar issue, but could not find anything that looked similar, although i am sure a lot of people has experienced this before...
Start my car after its been sitting for a while, rpms go up to just under 1k, car runs for about 20-30 sec and it starts choking and shaking - rpms drop to about 250 or so, 2-3 secs of "coughing and shaking" and the car's rpms go up to around 500 and everything seems to be fine from that point on...no engine light or any other warning lights... oil was changed about 4k km ago... car has 75K miles...
