Suggest you do 2 stops at the speed where you are having the problem. First stop when brakes are cool and second stop right after the first so the brakes have heated up. If it doesn't happen the second time it is mostly like a brake or brake pad issue. Sometimes you can begin the stop and when it vibrates let off the brakes and reapply if and see if the vibration is gone. Tires out of balance or a bent wheel would vibrate without braking. Tires out of balance would most likely at a lower speed than you are having the issue.

misread you original post--for clarification---the vibration happens every time you stop over 90 but never happens at below 90?

My car would do this at 100-120kmhr, than i got the wheels roadforce balances and it drives like new now no more braking vibration or anything
