Some of the symtoms of a bad cv joint are a clicking noise when turning left or right or a clunking noise when going from reverse to drive. Bad cv can cause vibration, more often during deceleration and at lower speeds than 60. Unless you have more symtoms of the problem than a vibration at the constant speed of 60mph I would start with a road force balancing of all wheels as it is quick and easy and less expensive.
