Whistle 2004 X5 3.0 - What to expect @ 70k+ miles

Hello,

I am new to this forum, I have 70580 miles on my 2004 E53 3.0L 6 Cyl Engine Code: M54 AT: 5L40-E/GM5 (A5S 390R)

I already did the following ( past extended warranty period ):

2013
* Serviced AT with AT Filter Kit & Redline D4 ATF

* Serviced Cooling System Replaced [Expansion Tank, Upper Radiator Hose, BMW Coolant]
* Replaced Multi-Rib Drive Belt + reversing pulley
* Replaced Battery (94RMF WorldPac)
* Replaced Differential Fluid

Is it a good time to replace my spark plugs , RIB V-belt (climate compressor) and Water Pump?

Now I am saving up for the items below, are these normal Wear and tear for X5's?

Don't forget to check your transfer case to see if it needs to have its fluid replaced.
Spark plugs if you like - I checked and changed mine at 60k and they appeared to be fine then, but had them changed anyway since I already had them out.
Waterpump and T-stat & hoses (those you haven't already swapped out).

Do your plugs, vcg and vanos all at the same time.

M54's don't like to overheat, so check out that expansion tank and other cooling components.

Thanks to all!

I added the following :

I will hold off on the following ( will do these @ 100k miles)

- water pump
- ac tensioner

- 2nd transmission drain and fill ( with set filter)
- maybe radiator as well
- 2nd transfer case fluid
- and all items on inspection 2 ( except for the plugs)
