Well I have called about 5 or 6 lock smiths and explained the situation to not only them but also a BMW technician at a dealer who all have said to break a window out of my car as the cheapest solution. I guess I can go ahead and have my insurance dude send someone out I just am pretty damn sure there is no way to get into this car period outside of 1. Breaking a window 2. Getting power to the battery from my charger.

Wish I did.

I'm looking under the car right now and there is not a starter where that picture I found is unless its just really far up there.

Okay I did it. I pulled the wire off the aux fan from the front and made a small 8 inch wire attached it to my battery charger positive lead and touched the red contact on the terminal while someone else turned the key over and over until it unlocked. OMG YES.

Glad you figured out a way to get inside. FYI--I haven't tried it but I have seen threads on other BMW sites saying they have removed the license plate light lens determined the positive side and hooked a trickle charger for a few minutes. Some said it was risky as it could screw up electronics upstream but there were those that claimed that route was successful.
