BMW Scanner 1.4.0 PA soft review

hello everyone.
I have been using my Romanian software, and it is great but sometimes takes a while to load up. So i decided to the buy the next thing "bmw scanner 1.4.0"
-in hopes of getting rid of cluster dot, sync ike.
-easy coding
-fast diagnostics

-well the only thing i was able to code was the euro emergency lights. (double blink)
-key in ignition gong
-dash messages such as key in ignition, fasten seat belts disabled.

*no matter what i tried to disable the red seat belt indicator it would get rid of the light but throw a srs light. So its best to mess with srs settings.

so far, that's all i found, there's no way to easy program windows to continuous close with open windows or close all with key fob.

Will update once I find out more.
cost of cable with download link software from china $40, the original is 650+

What is the double blink listed under/as?

The close windows via key is there...it's in the 'central body electronic' module I think, I did it on mine with the same software.

Lol I have read Terminator and Slick's threads so much on the topic that I start to memorize the coding lines. It's sad!

Luckily majority of the options (except a small few) are in English, so it's not that bad. I would suspect someone wanting to do higher level functions would take the time to become (if they aren't already) proficient with something like ncs or a gt1.

One of the other major BMW forums (forgive me, but I don't recall off hand which one) already has a huge thread on this program....should be relatively easy to find though!

Can these also be done by BMW Scanner 1.4.0???

What does 1 change? The sunroof autoclose sounds like a good idea.
Not sure if I'd want the all door unlock option on.
If I am the only one getting in its an over use of the lock devices.
Thanks
