Central Locking

Ok so I have a 03 X5 and recently I have installed a sub and amp. But now for some reason my central lock button does not work but the hazard switch does. I have checked all fuses front and back with all of them looking good. On my keys the lock unlock buttons do nothing but the truck unlock does work. I have tried reprogramming the key to see if that would do anything but it didn't. Also my interior lights do not turn on when opening the doors nor does the main light switch that turns on all interior lights work. The individual interior light switches do work though. I did a search on here and saw people have similar problems but with no comments on the fix of the problem. So i figured I would repost this issue and see if anybody has a solution for this or any suggestions would be great also lol Thanks:

You are going to have to back track. if it worked before but quit working after you installed the sub and amp, then it is something you did to cross wires. How many wires did you splice (if any) to hook up the system? Did you double check all of your connections?

Yeah I ended up taking everything out and returning the wires back to stock but the problem is still there so I might have to bring it to the dealer to find this electrical gremlin

Do you happen to have the service manual with the electrical schmatics? You will need to trace everything back.
