style 87 rims

i bought style 87 rims off CL but two of the rims were bent causing lot of vibration at high speeds.I took them off my X5 and ordered reconditioned oem rims from LKQ or so I thought. they gave me brand new replicas instead without even informing me . I realized they were replicas when I didnt see any BMW markings on them. I have option to return them but at this point, i may just keep them.

I weighed them yesterday , they were around 21 lbs. OE style 87 rims are around 31 lbs. I know I can gain a few horse powers by using lighter rims, but are these safe?

any suggestions ?
