Loaded up 2 of the 3 boys for the 1st trip back to the bike shop since my injury in 2020. This one will be a doozy as the time sitting in the garage was unkind.
But that's inconsequential considering that on Sunday, I begin a new training course called 'Couch to 50.' The 1st ride is 5 miles and the 50 miler is at the end of September. I am 6 weeks out from replacement hip surgery and I feel fantastic.
