And, a new bigger FL Shack going up, for winter escape. Not a toy, but a damn distraction and portfolio eroder,

At least your doing it after the Fla housing market collapse. I did a 6 bedroom, 5 bath, 4 car garage (slab in last bay triple thick, ree-bar enforced and laser flat/level for corner weight scales), house in Spring Hill Fla 5 yrs ago. Had to be sold during divorce. Portfolio erosion indeed.

Lots of internal combustion above, only one pedal power, but at least it was a Cervelo. Here is another. 2012 Cervelo R5, Campagnolo Super Record 11. Vroomen White Design frame (light weight version). All carbon fibre and titanium. Now equipped with Zipp 303 Firecrest carbon clinchers (which cut another 500 grams over the Fulcrum training wheels). Shown before the stem was cut. 7.0 kg as pictured with the Fulcrums. Definitely a distracting toy.
