Scheduled Inspection 2 - Service

So I'm planning to bring my X 3.0 into the dealership for a inspection 2 service (major tune-up). My 2002 X only has 46,000 miles on it. Just wondering how many people on here have done this tune up. I'm sure the majority of you guys did its under warranty but my warrant has run out and just wanted to see if its really worth the money. They plan to charge a starting rate of $860 CDN and it goes up from there if anything else needs to be done. They told me that it includes a 4 hour diagnositc of the whole truck.

Worth it???
