Is This window Regulator Toast?

Hey guys, well I finally had a window failure happen to me, after I took the door panel apart it looks like both ends of the cable came off. They only broken part I see is the guide rail window clip, you can see it's cracked in half in the pic. The other clip that usually breaks is ok, but I'll replace it since I have everything apart. So what do you guys think, is the motor/regulator salvageable if I re-thread the cable or should I just replace it? The last pic I found this in the bottom of the door, anybody know where it goes?

The motor is ok, but the reg is shot. The cable in crimped in a few places which will hinder the performance of the regulator when the cable is wound on the wheel. I would replace it. As for the last plastic piece, looks like one opf the pins for the door card that go around the edges of the door.

Cool, thanks guys, I'll get a new regulator and replace the black window clips while I'm in there.
