How An Explorer And Craigslist Sent Me To Superior Court.
Hey Bianca98,

Great read & Thanks.. Geeze makes me want to triple check everything I'm doing with my Attorney friends.

This dealer did exactly that Consumer Fraud. Misrepresented the car. Now I don't want to give it back. I've learned to accept it. But I believe there is some money owed to me.

I hope it doesn't get sent to Superior court and this just ends quick. But if it does have to go. So be it

When I was recently in the court room to meet the lawyer & Dealer owner. They didn't want to mediate at all. They requested straight to court. To Set a date. I'm fine with that. I'm a bit nervous
But the weekend before, I'm gonna do a mock trial with my friend and practice what I need to say in front of a judge. Even typing this up i get nervous having to address the judge! I just need to soothen my nerves a bit... Being a grownup isn't that fun! This is certainly not as easy as driving a car.. I just gotta make it feel that way before I get in.

Any Thoughts on removing the X5 Badge.. I'm thinking I want the clean look for the rear.

Do you think the paint will have a fade? or it will be just fine?

Dental floss and Goo Gone & some mild heat.

Hey BMW Friends.

I went to Court Yesterday over my dispute with the dealership. The only document they are riding on is the AS IS no warranty expressed. They offered me way less then I'm seeking. I wouldn't settle so we go to court
I got a 15 + year BMW technician to come to the court and also has written me up estimates to show value missing.

Fingers crossed

I have a BMW certified Mechanic Coming with me to Court to put him on the stand.
I'm gonna make a few documents that are super easy to understand on what I'm asking for. I felt at mediation I could be clearer!

It's now a year later too! I bought the car in Sept!

Only a year to get to court? That's fast. Are you asking for court costs and attorney fees?

I'm doing it myself. I have all my ducks in a row and my bff is a lawyer helping me along the way.

No fees in small claims.

Don't say "BFF" in court.
