HELP! Just rolled down passenger window and wont go back up !!

HELP! Just rolled down passenger window and wont go back up !!

This is a bummer! I can tell my driver and passenger window switches are working.. It will move up and down a few millimeters... Slip under the seal and go up far enough to peak out about 1-2 millimeters.. Tried to grab it with pliers and roll it up with button but its not budging.. Just read the how to on removing door panel and that seems like a total pain in the butt! Before this there was no sign anything was wrong or about to happen.. Any advice
