Dead X5

Driving home from work and my 91 starts to sputter. Wont restart. Towed it home and pulled 3 codes. PO171, PO174, and PO313. Not sure what the 313 is. Says low fuel.
Can anyone help me out? Is it the fuel pump? Low fuel pressure? I think I can hear the pump kick on but not sure. Is this pump in tank or on frame rail? Possibly dirty filter? I know the others are lean bank.
Lots of questions I know. I will get a manual tomorrow but hoping someone can ease my mind tonight.

Exact same 3 codes here. You might learn a thing or two from it.
Mixture too lean, P0171, P0174, P0313

First two codes are for lean conditions in bank 1 and 2. Possible cause, intake boot is torn or you need to replace the DISA Valve.

OK thanks guys. They never said what the 313 was from? I guess part of the intake boot problem.

Does anyone know off hand what the fuel rail pressure should be?

Here's some info that gives some possible causes...found by googling "bmw obd ii code po313":
Also, help us help you better by creating a signature that includes your model/model year/build date. There are multiple engines, transmissions, suspensions, options, and changes through-out the build date range from 2000-2006 that can affect the answers/suggestions/tips/hints you receive.
