And it is the reason why I didnt fight the issue. However, as a competent mechanic, they should check to make sure that everything is ok. Not wait for me to arrive to point out the issue. All they did was put the part and and park the vehicle because if they had checked to make sure everything was ok, they would see that the bag was losing air as fast as it was going in.

I always hated mechanics. I generally bring my cars to them on stuff i cant do.

This is a job I can do with ease because I have done way more complicated jobs on cars. I figured ill pay to do it because i was lazy to do it myself.

Is the reason Arnott is sending you a new bag that you found a leak in the bag itself?

Yes. The mechanic told me the air connector on the original bag was broken. Arnott immediately overnighted a new one. Arnott suspects that the bag is losing air though the connector so they are sending a whole new bag.
